“Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other.”
John F. Kennedy
I firmly believe that passionate leaders are made. This is an important lesson I learned in my first leadership class: some leaders possess innate leadership abilities to be successful and every leader at every level in an organization needs adequate training and experience to become exceptional leaders. I’ve learned that effective leadership occurs through trial and error and can take many years to hone the skills and persona necessary to successfully and intuitively lead a small group or an organization with thousands of employees.
But it doesn’t have to.
You will learn how to use your innate strengths and talents to become an effective and confident leader.
The Happe Leadership Academy teaches individuals and groups how to use their innate strengths and talents to become an effective and confident leader by taking various tests to help shed light on the unique gifts and talents they already have. They will then create an action plan with the help of an expert executive coach on how to incorporate their specific test results into both their personal and professional life.
Learning their strengths and then using them effectively in every area of your organization can be a game changer in that everyone will operate in their true selves which, in turn, will bring about a positive change in how your employees interact with each other and everyone they come in contact with. This can reduce conflict within various teams because each member is better able to use their specific talents and strengths to meet the desired goals or tasks of the group and the organization as a whole.
Short and long-term contracts are available for individuals and leadership teams who are looking to create change but don’t know how. For more information contact me here.
